What an experience!!! Checked in was told room wasn't ready MUST be 3pm no earlier (it was just after 2pm). I went and got coffee came back at 3 to be told they have already given me my room key. I was standing in front of them so how was that so? They then said we gave it to your colleague again I am travelling alone and I am who booked and checked in. They then had to call MY room to see who they gave key to get them out and get me in! Upon check out called me peter (must have been who they gave key to that wasn't me) they are horrible at customer service and how can they not check ID is outrageous and completely unprofessional. Someone then came to try and tell me after checking out that it should have been fixed the day before well why wasn't it! Wouldn't stay here you never know who they will let into your room as they clearly have NO Idea how to run a secure hotel.

Good spot, not worth the price. It was ok until I ask for a service at desk. Because I already check out I was told it was not possible. It was just for borrowing a hoover. Guy at the desk would not help me grab one. Sure they got one at reception. Good witnessing of laziness. Got bed sheets with stains, peels and hairs freshly changed. Mold at windows.

Rooms were ok. They have laundry machines in each room which is nice. Lights were dim and outlets were run off individual switches above the lights which prevented our adapters from working. Location is super easy! Great access to public transit.

Great apartment central to everything shops trains and plenty of places around to eat. A beautiful view from my room of Anzac square. Would definitely recommend staying here. A lovely tidy place with great staff.

The location was great because it was right in front of Central Station and close to the center of the city.There is a Woolworths Mart right next to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, so I had a comfortable stay. It was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I want to stay again next time I come back.
